Yes. Detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and other laundry products are available for purchase through our vending machines.
Customers may leave laundry unattended at their own discretion. However, if clothing remains inside a washer for approximately one hour after the cycle has ended, staff may remove the laundry to make the machine available for other customers.
We kindly encourage customers to respect other customers' belongings and avoid touching unattended laundry while waiting for machine availability.
If an attendant is available on-site, please notify them immediately for assistance.
If no attendant is available, customers may call the posted assistance number for support.
Yes. Our larger machines are designed to handle bulky items such as comforters, blankets, and large loads.
For the safety of customers and staff, the facility may use video surveillance in public areas.
General Policy
All sales and services at Chrisclean Laundry are final. Chrisclean Laundry does not provide refunds for laundromat machine usage, Wash-Dry-Fold services, vending purchases, pickup and delivery services, or any other purchase made through the business.
Machine Issues
If a machine issue occurs, customers should report the issue to staff immediately. Management may, at its sole discretion, offer a store credit, machine rewash, or other reasonably solution depending on the situation. Refunds will not be issued.
Wash-Dry-Fold Concerns
Customers must inspect their order upon pickup. Any concerns regarding a Wash-Dry-Fold order should be reported promptly. Chrisclean Laundry may attempt to reasonable address verified service concerns through corrective action when appropriate; however, refunds will not be provided.

Chrisclean Laundyr is not responsible for damaging resulting from normal laundering of items that are not labeled or suitable for machine washing and drying.
Right to Refuse Service
Chrisclean Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe behavior, abuse toward staff or customers, misuse of equipment, or items deemed unsafe or unsuitable for laundering.
